The DMP2068UFY4Q-7 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC conversion and backlighting. It is packaged in an X2-DFN2015-3 case, measuring approximately 2.0 mm by 1.5 mm, and is suitable for automotive applications requiring AEC-Q101 qualification. The device features a maximum drain-source voltage of -16 V, continuous drain current of -3.8 A at 25°C, and on-resistance of 39 mΩ at -4.5 V gate-source bias. It has a power dissipation of 1.5 W when mounted on a 1-inch square copper plate, with a junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 92 °C/W. The MOSFET is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94V-0 flammability standards.
