The DMNH6069SFVWQ-7 is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for automotive applications requiring high ambient temperature operation and thermal efficiency. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 18A at VGS = 10V and a maximum RDS(ON) of 50mΩ at 10V gate drive, or 63mΩ at 4.5V gate drive. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It features a wettable flank for improved optical inspection, and operates over a junction temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. The package occupies 33% less board area than an SO-8 and offers low thermal resistance of 3.9°C/W from junction to case. The part is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
