The DMNH4006SPSW-13 is a 40V N-channel MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package with a maximum profile of 1.1mm, designed for high-efficiency power management in automotive and industrial applications. It features a maximum on-resistance of 7.0mΩ at VGS = 10V and continuous drain current of 110A at TC = 25°C, with 100% unclamped inductive switching tested. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, has a thermal resistance of 50°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper FR-4 PCB with thermal bias, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. It is RoHS compliant and halogen- and antimony-free. The part is supplied in a 2,500-reel packaging configuration.
