The DMN3732UVTQ-13 is a dual N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TSOT26 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and backlighting. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V and continuous drain currents of 1.1 A at 4.5 V gate-source bias and 1.0 A at 2.5 V. On-resistance is 460 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V and 560 mΩ at VGS = 2.5 V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. It features low input capacitance, fast switching, and is supplied in a 10,000-unit tape and reel package.
