The DMN31D5UWQ-7 is a 30V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT323 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management and automotive applications. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 0.4A at 25°C and an on-resistance of 1.5Ω at VGS = 4.5V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. It features low input capacitance, fast switching speed, and is RoHS compliant.
