The DMN31D5UFA-7B is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high efficiency power management and general purpose switching applications. It is packaged in an X2-DFN0806-3 case measuring 0.4mm in height with a 0.48mm² footprint. The device features a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, a maximum continuous drain current of 0.4A at 25°C, and a low on-resistance of 1.5Ω at VGS = 4.5V. It has a gate threshold voltage of 1.0V maximum and is ESD protected. The package is molded plastic with 94V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020, and terminals are NiPdAu over copper. The part is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen- and antimony-free.
