N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in SOT23 package designed for automotive applications, with a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, continuous drain current of 3.8 A at 25°C, and on-resistance of 60 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and 100 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and features a thermal resistance of 96 °C/W when mounted on a 2 oz copper PCB with a 1 inch square copper pad. The device is housed in a molded plastic package rated UL 94 V-0 with moisture sensitivity level 1.
