DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN3028L-13

The DMN3028L is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as load switches and DC-DC converters. It is packaged in an SOT23 case with approximate dimensions of 2.90 mm length, 1.30 mm width, and 0.40 mm height. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous drain current of 6.2 A at 25°C with VGS = 10 V, and a low on-resistance of 25 mΩ at VGS = 10 V. It features a low gate threshold voltage ranging from 0.8 V to 1.8 V, fast switching speeds, and an ESD-protected gate. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. It is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The -13 variant is supplied in 10,000-unit tape and reel packaging.
