DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN3016LFDFQ-13

The DMN3016LFDFQ-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a U-DFN2020-6 package, sized at 2.0mm x 2.0mm, designed for automotive and low-profile applications. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, a maximum continuous drain current of 8.5A at VGS=4.5V, and a gate threshold voltage between 1.4V and 2.0V. The on-resistance is 16mΩ at VGS=4.5V and 12mΩ at VGS=10V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It comes in a 10,000-unit tape and reel packaging. The thermal resistance is 42°C/W under standard PCB conditions.
