The DMN2991UTQ-13 is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT523 surface-mount package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as DC-DC converters and load switches. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 20V, a maximum continuous drain current of 0.3A at 25°C, and operates with a gate threshold voltage of up to 1.0V. On-resistance is specified as 6Ω at VGS=1.8V and 0.21A. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen- and antimony-free, with moisture sensitivity level 1 and thermal resistance of 291°C/W when mounted on a 2oz copper board. It is packaged in 10,000/reel tape and reel format.
