DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMN2991UFB4-7B

The DMN2991UFB4 is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in an X2-DFN1006-3 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as load switches. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 0.54A at 75°C and a low on-state resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS = 4.5V and 0.5A. The device features a gate threshold voltage range of 0.4V to 1.0V, fast switching speeds, and is rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and qualifies as a "Green" device. The part is qualified to AEC-Q200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. Its thermal resistance is 343°C/W on a standard PCB and 109°C/W under pulsed conditions. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and meets J-STD-020 Level 1 moisture sensitivity. Terminals are NiPdAu over copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202 Method 208e.
