The DMN2991UFA-7B is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power management and general-purpose switching applications. It is housed in an X2-DFN0806-3 package with a maximum height of 0.4mm and a footprint of 0.48mm². The device features a low on-resistance of 0.99Ω at VGS = 4.5V and a gate threshold voltage of 1.0V maximum. It is ESD protected, RoHS compliant, and rated for operation from -55°C to +150°C.
