The DMN2002UFG-7 is a 20V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications. It features a low RDS(ON) of 1.4mΩ at VGS=10V, 1.7mΩ at VGS=4.5V, and 2.4mΩ at VGS=2.5V, with a continuous drain current of 180A at TC=+25°C. The device supports 100% UIS testing, has a thermal resistance of 127°C/W on a minimum FR-4 board, and operates from -55°C to +150°C. It is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability standards. The part is packed in tape and reel, with 2,000 units per reel.
