The DMC3732UVT is a complementary N- and P-channel MOSFET pair in a TSOT26 package (2.9 mm × 2.8 mm). The N-channel device has a 30 V rating and 460 mΩ on-resistance at VGS = 4.5 V, while the P-channel has -30 V and 1000 mΩ at VGS = -4.5 V. It features low input capacitance, fast switching, and low leakage. The molded plastic package meets UL 94 V-0 and is moisture sensitive level 1. It is lead-free and RoHS compliant. Maximum power dissipation is 0.54 W on a standard PCB with 230 °C/W junction-to-ambient thermal resistance, or 0.83 W with an additional copper plate at 150 °C/W. Operating temperature ranges from -55 °C to +150 °C.
