The DMC3032LFDB is a complementary pair of enhancement mode MOSFETs, integrating an N-channel and P-channel device in a U-DFN2020-6 package measuring 2.0mm x 2.0mm. The N-channel specifies a 30V drain-source voltage and 30mΩ on-resistance at VGS=10V, while the P-channel provides -30V and 70mΩ at VGS=-10V. Rated for continuous drain currents of 5.3A and -3.4A respectively, it features low input and output capacitance, fast switching, and is RoHS 3 compliant. The package is UL 94 V-0 rated, moisture sensitive level 1 per J-STD-020, and uses NiPdAu terminals. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +150°C. AEC-Q200 qualification and IATF 16949 manufacturing are indicated for automotive use.
