The DDC143XU-7 is a dual NPN pre-biased transistor in an SOT363 package with built-in biasing resistors R1=4.7kΩ and R2=10kΩ, designed for surface-mount applications. It features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 20V, a peak output current of 100mA, and a power dissipation limit of 200mW, with 150mW per element.
