The BSP75NTA is a 60V self-protected low-side IntelliFET MOSFET switch in an SOT223 package, designed for general-purpose switching in 12V and 24V DC applications. It features monolithic overcurrent, overtemperature, overvoltage with active clamp, and ESD protection, with auto-restart functionality. The device has a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V, an on-state resistance of 550mΩ at VIN = 10V, and a continuous drain current of up to 1.3A at VIN = 10V and TA = +25°C. It supports unclamped single pulse inductive energy of 550mJ and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability ratings. The SOT223 package has a thermal resistance of 83°C/W with a 25mm × 25mm × 1.6mm FR-4 board with 2oz copper. It is RoHS compliant and halogen- and antimony-free.
