DIODES Incorporated Voltage Regulators - Linear AP7365-08WG-7

The AP7365-08WG-7 is a low dropout linear voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 600mA of output current. It features an adjustable output voltage range from 0.8V to 5.0V, as well as fixed output options at various voltage levels including 0.8V, 1.0V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.0V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, and 3.9V. The device operates with a wide input voltage range of 2V to 6V and has a low quiescent current of approximately 35OºA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The AP7365 includes built-in current limit and thermal shutdown features to protect against fault conditions. It has a dropout voltage of 300mV at 600mA for output voltages above 2.5V, and 370mV for lower output voltages. The device is stable with low ESR ceramic capacitors and offers a fast start-up time of 200Oºs. It is available in multiple package types including SOT25, SOT89, SOT223, and U-DFN2020-6, and operates within an ambient temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. This product is not recommended for new designs, with the AP7366 suggested as an alternative.
