DeWAL DW704-2 is a pressure sensitive tape constructed from FEP film and coated with a high-temperature silicone adhesive. This tape features excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance, making it suitable for various applications. It is optically clear, which allows for visibility of underlying components, and is primarily used in electrical applications such as capacitor insulation and cable termination insulation. Additionally, it serves as a protective overlay for cables and harnesses. The tape has a maximum operating temperature of 204¬8C (400¬8F) and demonstrates a tensile strength of 16 MPa (2,309 psi). It is available in widths ranging from 0.5 mm to 22 mm (12.7 inches to 558 inches) and comes in a roll length of 36 meters (33 yards). The product has a shelf life of one year under recommended storage conditions.
