The S9115A-T6023-15 is a double-ended, inline, miniature speed reducer with a 1.4375-inch outer diameter, designed for Bu-Ord size 15 servomotors. It features a 43.2:1 reduction ratio and uses ball bearings throughout. Maximum backlash is 0° 30', with a rated output torque of 40 ozf·in and a maximum starting torque of 0.01 ozf·in. Mounting dimensions conform to Bu-Ord OP 1755 motor specifications, enabling direct attachment without modifications. The output rotates in the same direction as the input. Zero-backlash and other custom variants are available on special order.

Our MGX gearheads are attachable to the U.S. Bureau of Ordnance (Bu-Ord for short) frame-size servomotors without modifications to the input pinions and without complicated adapters, screw threads, etc., thanks to the versatile mounting clamps supplied. Mounting dimensions are identical to Bu-Ord OP 1755 motor dimensions.
Our speed reducers are offered in low and zero backlash options, with single- and double-ended shafts. They are available in Bu-Ord sizes 11, 15, and 18 and with an O.D. of 1-1/16”, 1-7/16”, and 1-3/4”.
