The S9111A-T642A10S is a zero-backlash transducer gearhead with a 10:1 reduction ratio and a 1.0625-inch outside diameter, designed for direct mounting to transducers via an adapter plate. It has a maximum operating torque of 20 ozf-in, a maximum backlash of less than 1 arc minute, and a maximum integrated position error of 15 arc minutes. Lubrication is oil per MIL-L-6085, with maximum shaft end play of 0.001 inch under a 1 lbf gage load and radial play of 0.001 inch per inch under a 4 ozf gage load. The gearhead meets MIL-STD-810 and is constructed with hardened 416 stainless steel gears and aluminum bronze stage gears. Motor mounting dimensions conform to Bu-Ord OP 1755 specifications.
