The S9111A-T640A08S is a transducer gearhead in the MGX T-series with a 8:1 reduction ratio and Type A mounting, designed for direct attachment to transducers via an adapter plate and screws. It has a 1.0625-inch outside diameter, a maximum operating torque of 20 ozf-in, a maximum backlash of 20 arc minutes, and a maximum integrated position error of 40 arc minutes. The gearhead is lubricated with oil per MIL-L-6085, has a shaft end play of 0.001 inch under a 1 lbf gage load, and radial play of 0.001 inch per inch under a 4 ozf gage load. The output shaft is compatible with transducers having a 0.1200/0.1195-inch diameter. It uses hardened 416 stainless steel gears and aluminum bronze stage gears, with stainless steel ball bearings. The housing is black-anodized aluminum.
