The S9111A-T6019 is a double-ended, zero-backlash, inline miniature speed reducer with a 1.0625-inch outer diameter, designed for Bu-Ord size 11 servomotors. It features a ball bearing system throughout, a maximum backlash of 15 arc minutes, and is rated for a maximum starting torque of 0.01 ozf-in and a rated output torque of 30 ozf-in. The input and output shafts are coaxial, and mounting dimensions match Bu-Ord OP 1755 motor specifications. The unit is constructed with hardened 416 stainless steel gears and aluminum bronze stage gears, housed in black-anodized aluminum. Zero-backlash functionality is achieved via a torsion spring mechanism, and the design supports direct integration into high-accuracy electromechanical systems.

Our MGX gearheads are attachable to the U.S. Bureau of Ordnance (Bu-Ord for short) frame-size servomotors without modifications to the input pinions and without complicated adapters, screw threads, etc., thanks to the versatile mounting clamps supplied. Mounting dimensions are identical to Bu-Ord OP 1755 motor dimensions.
Our speed reducers are offered in low and zero backlash options, with single- and double-ended shafts. They are available in Bu-Ord sizes 11, 15, and 18 and with an O.D. of 1-1/16”, 1-7/16”, and 1-3/4”.
