The S6513HM2025L0552 is a metric ball screw with a 2.5 mm pitch, 16 mm outer diameter, and 552 mm length, made from Cf 53 steel induction-hardened to HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm per 300 mm and achieves over 90% efficiency in rotary-to-linear motion conversion. The screw has a root diameter of 13.34 mm and is supplied with unmachined ends, suitable for application with a double bearing on one side and a floating bearing or no bearing on the other. It is designed for high-life expectancy and cost-effective linear motion systems.
