The S1M53A-F120A075 is a 120 pitch, 75-tooth anti-backlash spur gear with a 20° pressure angle and a 0.1248 inch bore, manufactured as part of the Fairloc® Hub Mini-Lash Gears series. The gear is made from 2024-T4 or -T351 aluminum alloy, anodized before cutting, and mounted on a 303 stainless steel hub. The gear has a pitch diameter of 0.6250 inches, an outside diameter of 0.642 inches, and a face width of 0.104 inches. The design requires a clearance fit between the bore and shaft of 0.0001 to 0.0008 inch.
