KSSG3-36J45 is a module 3, 45-tooth ground spur gear with a 14 mm wide by 3.8 mm deep keyway, 36 mm bore, 108 mm pitch diameter, 114 mm outside diameter, 30 mm face width, 20 mm hub width, and 50 mm total length. It is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50~60 HRC, meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998), and has a 20° pressure angle. A set screw is included, and secondary operations are prohibited on tooth areas due to heat treatment. Backlash is specified as 0.14~0.24 mm. The gear is designed for JIS B1301 Js9 keyway tolerance and is available as an on-request product with a lead time of up to 5 working days and order quantity limits of 1 to 20 units.
