KSSG2.5-32J20 is a ground spur gear with a module of 2.5, 20 teeth, and a 20 mm bore diameter, designed for precision power transmission. It has a pitch diameter of 50 mm, outside diameter of 70 mm, face width of 25 mm, hub width of 18 mm, and total length of 43 mm. The gear features a keyway of 6 mm width by 2.8 mm depth per JIS B1301, and is made of S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC. It meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998) and has a 20° pressure angle. The set screw is rated for 9 N·m allowable torque. Secondary operations on the tooth area are prohibited due to induction hardening.
