KSSG2-48J22 is a module 2, 22-tooth ground spur gear with a 6 mm wide by 2.8 mm deep keyway and an M5 set screw, designed for metric applications. The gear has a bore diameter of 22 mm, pitch diameter of 44 mm, outside diameter of 96 mm, face width of 20 mm, and total length of 36 mm. The material is S45C steel with induction-hardened tooth surfaces at 50-60 HRC, and the gear meets JIS grade N7 precision (JIS B1702-1:1998). Backlash ranges from 0.12 to 0.22 mm, and allowable torque is 1.37 N·m (0.14 kgf·m). Keyway dimensions conform to JIS B1301 Js9 tolerance.
