KMBSA5-1545L is a metric spiral bevel gear with a module of 5, 15 teeth, left-hand helix, and a finished bore. It has a pitch diameter of 75 mm, outside diameter of 86.55 mm, crown to back length of 54 mm, face width of 35 mm, and total length of 135 mm. The gear is made from SCM415 steel with overall carburizing heat treatment, achieving a tooth hardness of 55-60 HRC. Mounting is via two M8 tapped holes. Allowable torque is 339 N·m (34.6 kgf·m) for bending strength and 334 N·m (34.1 kgf·m) for surface durability, with backlash of 0.14-0.34 mm. Weight is 1.16 kg. It meets JIS B 1704:1978 grade 4 precision. Secondary machining is not permitted due to carburizing.
