KAG5-40R1 is a right-hand worm gear with a module of 5, 40 teeth, 1 start, and a helix angle of 4°05'. It features a plain bore of 22 mm, a hub diameter of 75 mm, a pitch diameter of 110 mm, a throat diameter of 200 mm, an outside diameter of 210 mm, and a face width of 35 mm. The gear is made of CAC702 aluminum bronze with standard full-depth teeth and a 20° normal pressure angle. Precision grade is KHK W 002 grade 2.
