KAG1-60R1 is a right-hand helical worm gear with module 1, 60 teeth, 1 start, and a helix angle of 3°35'. It features a 35 mm bore, 60 mm pitch diameter, 62 mm throat diameter, 63 mm outside diameter, 10 mm face width, and 20 mm total length. The gear is made of CAC702 aluminum bronze, has a standard full-depth tooth form, and a 20° normal pressure angle. Allowable torque at 30 rpm is 25.6 N·m, decreasing to 11.4 N·m at 1800 rpm, with backlash ranging from 0.08 to 0.19 mm and a weight of 0.29 kg. Precision grade is KHK W 002 grade 2.
