A 1P 2-Y64130A is a 64-pitch, 130-tooth, 20° pressure angle spur gear with an acetal rim and brass insert, designed for nonmetallic gear applications. The gear has a bore diameter of 2.031 inches, an outer diameter of 2.063 inches, and a hub thickness of 3/4 inch. Gears in this series have no webs for tooth counts under 80 and use set screws for bore fastening. The part conforms to the 64-pitch standard with a 1/8 inch face width and adheres to AGMA 8 specifications for tooth geometry.
