A 1C 3MYK30015 is a metric bevel gear with a 3 module, 15 teeth, and a 1:3 ratio, designed to mesh with a mating pinion. It is made from AISI 1045 steel with tooth surfaces induction hardened to HRC 48-53 and finished in black oxide except for the ground bore and tooth surfaces. The bore diameter is 15 mm with an H8 tolerance of +0.027/0 mm, and the gear has a face width of 16 mm, hub diameter of 44.53 mm, and hub projection of 20.3 mm. It features a keyway and is supplied with two set screws spaced 120° apart, sized M6. The pitch diameter is 45 mm, and the overall length is 89.36 mm.
