They operate within a voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5 V, with typical active power consumption of 25 mW at 5 V and standby power of 250 µW. The memory supports unlimited read cycles and a minimum of 1,000,000 write/erase cycles, with a data retention life of at least 10 years.
