The McMag2000 is a saddle-mount electromagnetic flow meter designed for agricultural flow measurement in pipe sizes from 4" to 16", offering ±2% accuracy and minimal pipeline intrusion. It features a modular design with an integrated battery-powered converter, two 3.6V lithium-thionyl chloride D-cell batteries with a 5-year life, and tamper-resistant housing. Installation requires no flanges or welding, using a 3" diameter cut and U-straps. It supports pulse, 4-20mA, or AMI smart outputs and operates with a minimum of five pipe diameters upstream and two downstream for optimal accuracy, or 1.5 and 1 diameters with a flow straightener.
