The AA501A is a 100 kHz distortion analyzer from Tektronix. People use distortion analyzers for the measurement of alternating current (AC) voltages and distortion. Any one of four built-in frequency-weighting filters may be switched into the signal paths for preconditioning of the signal to be measured.
