50⁄60 Hz Frequency, 10C-12C Series 3-Phase POWERSTAT® Variable Transformers
Chances are that you can exactly match the requirements of your application from the extensive POWERSTAT® Variable Transformer line. To meet the needs of applications requiring higher ratings and/or remote operation, motor driven and multi-deck units in ratings to 365 KVA also are available from Allied Electronics. Motor driven units have the identical electrical ratings of their corresponding manually operated models. Models in the manually operated 10C-12C series are available up to three decks only. Models in the 21-22, 116C-216C, 117C-217C, 126-226, 136B-236B and 146-246 series are also available up to three decks only but have a motor drive option, which permits standard speeds of 5, 15, 30, or 60 seconds for full range travel. All 1156D-1256D and 1296D units are available with motor drives. Standard speeds for full range travel are 5, 15, 30 or 60 seconds for single units and two- and three-deck assemblies; 15, 30, or 60 seconds for four-, five- and six-deck assemblies; and 60 seconds for 14- through 27-deck units. Motorized unit options include either synchronous, or digital motor drives. The digital motor drive can be controlled in adjustable speed or digital control modes. Units up to nine-deck also are available for manual operation if desired.

Offered in single and three phase, manually-operated assemblies. The 10C series types operate from 120 V lines and the 12C series types from 240 V lines. The rated output for constant current loads is 2.25 A for the 10C series and 0.7 A for the 12C series. For a constant impedance load the maximum rated output current at line voltage is increased to 3 A for the 10C series and 0.9 A for the 12C series. Metal panel mounting.
