The SWU2/MHIA Series of single- and dual- unregulated-output, 2-watt DC-DC converters is designed for medical applications. Available with output voltages up to ±15 V and output currents up to 400 mA, the series features a high efficiency up to 84%, 4.2 KV AC/6 KV DC isolation and reinforced insulation. It has a patient leakage current rating of 2 μA (max.) to meet EN60601-1, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 standards. The RoHS-compliant device is housed in an industry-standard 7-pin SIP package measuring 0.77” × 0.39” × 0.5” with internal SMD construction, and it operates over a wide temperature range of -40ºC to +85ºC.
