Custom MMIC Ultra-low Noise Amplifier CMD228

Description
The CMD228 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for S and C band microwave radios where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers 30 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +12 dBm and a noise figure of 1.2 dB. The CMD228 Low Noise Amplifier MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD228 also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. Features All positive bias High gain broadband performance Low current consumption Low noise figure Small die size Positive bias ECCN EAR99 Life Cycle Released – for new design Package DIE RoHS Compliant
