The CMD224 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and communication systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. At 21 GHz the device delivers greater than 23 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +7 dBm and a noise figure of 2.2 dB. The CMD224 LNA MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD224 amplifier also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
