The CMD194 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier die ideally suited or EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers greater than 20 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +15 dBm and a noise figure of 1.75 dB. The CMD194 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD194 LNA MMIC offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
