Scotch¬Æ Box Sealing Tape 375 is a 2" x 1000 yds clear packaging tape designed for box sealing, splicing, and other demanding applications. It features a biaxially oriented polypropylene film backing and a pressure-sensitive hot melt rubber-resin adhesive, providing strong adhesion and durability. The tape exhibits an adhesion to steel of 55 oz/in and a tensile strength of 35 lbs/in in the machine direction, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. It has a thickness of 3.1 mil and is considered water-resistant according to ASTM standards. The tape adheres instantly to various surfaces, including those with high recycled content, and performs well in typical shipping and storage temperature ranges. It is recommended to store the tape in a clean, dry environment at temperatures between 40-80¬8F and 40-50% relative humidity.
