Double-sided deburring of sheet metal up to 0.2" thick can be achieved in a single operation with no additional treatment. The machine’s flap wheels can be easily adjusted as they wear. One set of wheels lasts for approximately 6500 feet of stainless steel sheet. Supplied standard with two 80 grit flap wheels, the ROLEI® BE 5 can be used with other optional grits to suit the facet width and materials of your particular application.
Features two-speed operation:
Speed 1: fine deburring, 600 RPM
Speed 2: standard deburring, 1200 RPM
