E4MS025075U2-TR is an automotive-grade silicon carbide power MOSFET in a U2 (TSC) package, rated for 750 V drain-source voltage and continuous drain current of 57 A at 100 °C case temperature. It features a drain-source on-state resistance of 36.8 mΩ at 175 °C junction temperature and 18 V gate drive, with thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.59 °C/W. The device supports gate drive voltages of +15 V to +18 V for turn-on and -4 V to 0 V for turn-off, and meets AEC-Q101 qualification and RoHS compliance standards.
