The E4MS008075U2-TR is an automotive-grade silicon carbide power MOSFET in the TSC (U2) package, designed for high-efficiency power conversion in onboard chargers, DC/DC converters, and battery management systems. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 750 V and a continuous drain current of 178 A at 100 °C case temperature. The device features a typical on-state resistance of 11.8 mΩ at 175 °C junction temperature and 18 V gate-source voltage, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 0.16-0.20 °C/W. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, with a maximum operating junction temperature of 175 °C.
