Wolfspeed Gate Driver Board for 2 nd Generation (C2M ™ ) MOSFETs CRD-001

The Evaluation Board, Sic Gate Driver (part number 99W6510) is designed for testing and evaluating SiC MOSFETs across various applications. It features enhancements over previous versions, including the capability to accommodate both 1 watt and 2 watt DC-DC converters, allowing for the driving of larger MOSFETs or smaller MOSFETs at higher frequencies.
