Coto Technology Reed Relays 9104-12-10

The 9104 Series is a high voltage SIP reed relay designed for switching up to 1000 V DC/AC and with a dielectric strength of 2000 V between contacts and 3000 V between contacts/shield and coil. It features hermetically sealed contacts, high insulation resistance of at least 10^11 Ω, and a molded thermoset body on an integral lead frame. The device has a 4-pin SIP package with dimensions of 24.13 mm max length, 7.62 mm width, and 8.13 mm height. Coil voltage is 12 V DC with a maximum of 15 V DC, and coil resistance is 500 Ω at 25°C. Operating time is 0.75 ms typical, release time is 0.5 ms typical, and switching current is limited to 0.5 A. The relay is RoHS compliant and suited for applications including automated test equipment, instrumentation, and medical devices.
