Coto Technology Reed Relays 9104-05-11

The 9104-05-11 is a high voltage SIP reed relay with Form A contacts, rated for switching up to 1000 V DC/AC and carrying up to 1.3 A. It operates at 5 V DC with a coil resistance of 175 Ω ±10% at 25°C, has a dielectric strength of 2000 V between contacts and 3000 V between contacts/shield and coil, and provides a minimum insulation resistance of 10¹¹ Ω. The relay is hermetically sealed, has a molded thermoset body on an integral lead frame, and measures 24.13 mm in height, 7.62 mm in width, and 5.08 mm in depth. It features an operate time of 0.75 ms and a release time of 0.5 ms, and is rated for operation from -20°C to +85°C. The device is RoHS compliant and designed for high-reliability applications such as automated test equipment and medical instrumentation.
