Conic Systems Zero Backlash Harmonic Gear Drive HDC

Description
The HDC is a zero-backlash harmonic gear component set. It is an excellent choice as a high ratio, gear reducer for precision rotary positioning, servo gearing, robotic, and high accuracy industrial drive applications. The standard wave generator includes an Oldham coupling allowing for shaft misalignment. The wave generator can be modified for direct mounting to the input shaft per customer requirements. Conic manufactures three versions to easily meet most replacement applications without any modifications and will fully customize drives upon request. Conic gear systems are used in precision automation, robotic and industrial applications and are known worldwide for high precision, durability and long life. Configurations E1 – English dimensional units that is a bolt in replacement for early harmonic gearing sets manufactured in the USA. The flexspline mounting flange is thinner than the E2 E2 - English dimensional units that is a bolt in replacement for early harmonic gearing sets manufactured in Japan. The flexspline mounting flange is thicker than the E1 M1 Industry standard metric dimensioned version Features and benefits Zero backlash English sizes 1C, 3C, 5C, 1M, 2M, 4M, 8M, 15M Metric sizes 10, 17, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100 High ratios from 64:1 to 315:1 Continues running torques to 4,000 Nm High torque-to-weight ratio High positional accuracy and repeatability
