The CSF series is a high performance, zero backlash harmonic gear component set. Excellent choice over planetary and cycloidal gear reducers. Conic’s CSF offers a lifetime of superior motion control performance with superb accuracy, repeatability and durability. Axially compact, it utilizes a proprietary tooth profile and wave generator shape that allows for a greater area of tooth engagement and high torque capacity. The standard wave generator includes an Oldham coupling is allowing for shaft misalignment. The wave generator can be modified for direct mounting to the input shaft per customer requirements. Standard and customized units are available with torque capacities to 372 Nm.
